CORONA 23-DK Portable Kerosene Heater 22,800 BTU with NEW Wick Included TESTED! I just tested this out and it lite up on the first try and puts off a lot of heat!! This comes with a New wick included as well.

This heater is rated at 22,800 BTU and heats approx 810 square feet. The overall size of the heater is 18" x 18" square at the base and 27 tall. I did notice when I was taking the pictures that 2 screws were missing from the base (see pictures where I'm pointing this out) but as I was doing a little research on this model - all the others that I see online were just like this so it's as designed.

The overall condition looks to be very good. This means no HI, AK, GU, VI, PR, etc...
